This is a charming, recently reopened gastro pub, deep in rural Suffolk. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, ales and good service. With Adnams on tap and at least three real ales, it makes a great local offering delicious seasonal food, locally sourced and good value. Relaxed atmosphere, with a roaring log fire in winter and a pretty terrace garden in summer. Children are welcome in the restaurant areas and dogs are welcome in the public bar.
