they allowed us to park our camper for the night and gave us a real welcome and needless to say the ale flowed in our direction until closing time. they also gave us a T-Shirt with the pub markings and we said we would wear it when we got to the Artic Circle,we did and had our photos to prove it then we sent them to the pub,they must have thought we were mad,they did in Norway seeing 2 mad hatters in T-Shirts with a 20ft wall of ice behind us.Jemmy Hirst used to ride his bull through the street that is how his name is on title of the pub. good beer here too
