Hello, Can I first say what a welcoming & friendly little pub this is,The landlord & staff were excellent,& I received a second to none service here. It has a super selection of beers & a fab menu,which I sampled on my visit to Manchester in May for the Uefa Cup Final with Glasgow Rangers. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely little pub to anyone.Thanks to everyone on duty that day for a super welcome & hope to come down again soon.

A definite hidden gem in the backstreets of Manchester. Brew their own "Lass" ale as well as serving great guest brews. Has a good food menu too. With it being next door to the BBC on Oxford Road you do get the odd minor celeb drinking in there. Still has a separate snug and shows classic movies in there on a Sunday night. Be sure to check this place out if you get the chance.
