This historic pub dates back to 1805 and has had three previous names: the White Hart, the Moorhen and prior to that Lane End House. It is just up the road from Pirbright Manor House. The White Hart name was restored in 2005 as the pub stands on White Hart Corner.Guests will be able to browse a new menu which includes a wide variety of freshly prepared classic pub dishes such as Slow Cooked Shoulder of Lamb, daily fresh fish dishes and Homemade Pie of the Day. There is also a separate lunch menu offering freshly made sandwiches and salads, perfect if you’re just nipping in for a quick bite.
Look out for the blackboard showing today’s specials, and the thoughtfully selected range of delicious vegetarian options.
