Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Elm Tree
Small country pub, partially opened out to form a small 'L'-shaped layout with a fireplace between the two bar areas. Refurbished a few years ago with very sparse decor and limited modern furniture, and the addition of a modest beer garden and creation of a larger car park have both helped what must be a precarious financial proposition a bit. However, concerned to see a 'leasing opportunity' board reappear outside, but three of four handpumps proved to be in operation on this visit, with Whitstable Bay pale from Shepherd Neame and two from Westerham - Bulldog and Summer Perle (£3.60) - available. Spitfire Lager was also noted amongst the keg taps.

this is a great village pub, new people took it over in January 2008. the pub and people are very friendly.Chrissie & Steve have started to introduce new beers to the place. you can now find Kent's best on the pump as well as master brew and good old mild is now back on sale. Chrissie & Steve are master of beer award winners and should like to be able to sell more real ales, but feel this will take time as things don't happen overnite. they have opened a out side bar in the large beer garden, which was busy in the summer. the restaurant serves good quality and priced home made food,12.30-2.30. 5.00-8.00.,tuesday-saturday and Sunday lunches 12.30-4pm. table booking is recommended as some times you do have to wait. 01892 892079
