Alan Winfield left this review about The Broken Wheel

When i first went in this pub it was called the New Sun.
The New Sun was situated on the corner of a busy road junction and was just off the main shopping area of retford.
Once inside the pub had two rooms with a decent bar and a nice comfortable lounge, the pub was a Darleys tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Darleys bitter and this was quite a nice drink, the other beer was Darleys mild.
Sadly this pub has now closed down and it looks like it is going to be converted into flats.
