The Regal has a separate bar and lounge, with a games room containing a pool table and dart board in another area at the rear of the bar. In addition to its name, the Union flags hanging around the walls, pictures of the royal family and poppy appeal posters (despite it being mid-April) suggest that it is of a loyalist persuasion. The bar has two TVs and games machines. A pint of Guinness cost me £3.10 and Belhaven Best, Tennent's Special, Strongbow cider and Tennent's and Carling lagers were also on draught. Overall, it's pleasant enough, although the overt political displays might not be to everyone's taste.

A very busy pub especially on football days. It has a lounge and a bar. Both busy when i visted on a Saturday afternoon. Still sells plenty of alcohol of which I was quickly served without having to push into the busy bar.
