Neatly put by Steve C, below: a small Irish gay bar. The interior is as described by others below, camp, out and proud, with an emphasis on raunchy transvestism at its loudest. It boasts of being LGBTQ+WTF friendly, and the multiple TV screens were advertising their own cabaret acts. There was outside seating on the path outside, complete with broken glass and discarded underwear. Four pumps dispensing Guinness, plus Hop Union’s Maiden Voyage which was in very good condition. Other keg offerings were three from Thatchers, Fosters, and some random bottled beers. I could drag myself back here.

Seamus O’Donnell’s is a small Irish themed bar that advertises itself as the ‘best cabaret bar in Bristol’. There is a small stage in the front left corner and some limited seating wraps around the exterior walls with a bar counter in the right rear. Otter Ale on the lone hand pump was off, which left Fosters, Guinness or cider. As little gay Irish bars go this one is right up there with the best, probably.

Oirish pub but done fairly well, with a decent amount of character. Dark wood fittings, wood floor, blood red celling, fireplace, picked colour bar gantry panels, plenty of mirrors and Guinness paraphernalia. Two pumps at the bar but with different clips but both advertising the house brew by Wickwar. Unfortunately, despite appearances, this was an aspiratored drink well past it's best and taking on apple flavours, so most of it was left. Nice enough pub, shame about the ale quality. 5.5
