Requested be closed with reason - Other: Further to my revisit when it opened it seems to have closed again. Pints West reported closed but it was open at the time after being shut. Blackthorn marked shut on this basis however I informed whatpub it was open again and they supposedly sent somebody to verify it was open which they did. Thought I'd double check myself and it's shut again. For sale sign up on garden fence with smashed window and more unkempt garden since my last visit. Refer to earlier closure comments of can't see this coming back. Apologies admin for the run around.

As suspected an application for 14 dwellings has now been submitted.
14th December 2013
Despite being reopened Pints West Winter 2013 report it a being bought by a property developer. Maybe my thought when it shut last time is to be realised. No planning application as yet though.
