The only restaurant I have ever been into that has refused to heat my babies food because it was not in the original packaging! It was home-made!!!!!! If you do not want the responsibility of overheating babies food, then why dont you introduce a baby food warming area, with a bottle warmer and a standard microwave so parents can do it themselves. I have never come across this before and think that to be told it is for health and safety reasons, is just an excuse. My baby and I eat out quite alot and have never been told this before. The hair chairs offered could also do with a dame good clean it takes nothing to wipe the straps and seat with a damp cloth. (or a wet-wipe parents)
