Old Boots left this review about The New Inn

Stone built community pub, one wide room with a vestigial wall almost dividing off the far left hand end. Quite a collection of screens and a couple of machines, piped music at mid volume. Carpeted in the main section, laminate in the smaller left hand end. The neatly carved counter is in the middle with three T-Bars of the usual suspects plus a couple of hand pumps, just an average Black Sheep Best on my visit. Seating is largely at taller tables with banquette round the edges, it’s a vertical drinking sort of place mainly with youngish men on my visit. Quite nice leaded but clear windows.
