A popular foodie pub on the road into West Wittering, tied to Hall & Woodhouse: two of the three functional handpumps offered Badger Bitter (£5.30 a pint) and Fursty Ferret. L-shaped internally with a largish unexplored room far right, L-shaped bar area and eating area to the rear. Large area out back, partly-covered with more seating options and an outdoor kitchen and bar. Table service only and we were hurried to the garden after a day at the beach, probably due to that fact (see my review of The Old House at Home (now The Wittering) last year). Good but not great.
