Planning permission to demolish the pub and build housing has been refused. https://www.bristol247.com/news-and-features/news/plans-to-demolish-pub-and-build-seven-houses-rejected-at-appeal/ "The government inspector announced on Thursday, February 4 that he has dismissed the appeal after refuting the developers’ claims that the pub was no longer economically viable."
