Corner pub with a number of TV screens showing different sports, such as tennis and rugby during our visit. The 5 craft beers all come from Anarchy - Sublime Chaos, Skin Deep, This Way Up, Dance In The Desert & Cult Leader. Lilley's Mango Cider & Bee Sting Perry were also on draught, alongside some more mainstream keg products.
The female bar staff and male owner were all friendly, but I can't say I was overly impressed with this place on what was my first visit yesterday.

No real ale or real cider after hand pumps removed in the summer of 2021, according to WhatPub. Consequently no longer offering a discount to Camra members.

Corner pub in student area in the east of the city centre.
L shaped room with bar at the front and a large sports screen to the Whitefriars Road side. Bustling & 3 real ales, a cider and 5 craft beers. The beer quality was very good & the food from the burger & grills menu was also tasty.
There are a number of raised tables & stools and the decoration neutral. A good start to a city pub crawl or a place for good beer & sport.
Nice vibe about the place, very decent, though not sure how the students can afford £4.10 a pint!?
