A fully refurbished (which unfortunatley has had the character taken from it) pub that looks nice from the outside, nice and clean, average ales ,tv screens all around for the sport but they come at a cost from the not to forthcoming management as the price of the beer is increased considerably when the football comes on,(try some of the other pubs nearby they all offer the same football a lot cheaper)busy at weekends as are most of the pubs in the Low Fell ,ok for a one on your tavels before moving on to the busier Belle Vue, Bar Mondo,Cannon and Beaconfield
