The Church Inn was a fairly basic pub that was on the busy market street.
Once inside this pub had two rooms with a basic bar and a smarter lounge,i had a drink in the bar which was very busy and had a lively atmosphere.
This pub was a Boddingtons tied house and there were two real ales on here i had a drink of Boddingtons bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons mild.
This was a proper drinkers pub and it is a great shame that it has now closed down.
