The only pub in Telford (currently) selling Bridgnorth Brewery ales. Held a succesful beer festival in late July 07. Nice friendly atmosphere but watch out for the pub dog, it's a big one ! The smell of coffee at the bar was little over powering

Pub is currently being refurbished and is looking great. It has been bought by a small local company (after being owned for years by huge faceless pubco's).
The new couple, Mark & Philippa, are very friendly and keen to be part of the Oakengates community - i'll post more info when the pub is properly open.
This being said - don't wait for me - check it out for yourself.
