Go if you must, personally I'd sooner have an extra hole in my head. Between the town centre & the river. Dark, drab, dreary. Beer well below average. One star for being a nice building with a superb exit.

one of my favourite shrewsbury pubs, always a nice pint in this very old building, the food is fine and cooked in full view of the customers near the bar, very clean and tidy nice bar staff and owners.
