Al Bundy left this review about The Half Moon

An old style pub that could sadly do with a clean up. Inside ice a single room with a wooden beamed ceiling. They could definetly do with a new carpet. There were 2 handpumps on the bar but neither were on today. A lot of Holts stuff was on. Not great but not bad.

peter ashworth left this review about The Half Moon

Attractive old pub situated on the main street boasting a pleasant floral display of hanging baskets.Called in one lunchtime and tried a pint of Joseph Holts Black(3.4abv)which tasted like an hybrid of stout and mild, and went down very well.
