Done up in a new incarnation with a West Indian flavour, this smallish corner pub is painted a dark red inside with a large mural over the bar. There was some very good Jamaican music playing, not to mention a distinct aroma of fried chicken. No cask ales however, although there was a fair selection of Brixton craft stuff alongside the predictable Red Stripe.

Rough looking pub, lack of tables in the front area. Bare, uneven floorboards. Had a piano, which had a broken lid and leant backwards, either the back wheels were missing of the floor was giving way. Front area had only women and kids in, some of the women looked like the type of person you dare not cross. Back area had a pool table where a few men were playing. Only upside, the barmaid was friendly and poured a nice Guinness.

The White Hart is a decent looking London pub which is just round the corner from Tulse Hill station.
Once inside there is a roughly L shaped room with the bar facing,the room is bare boarded,the seating normal tables and chairs in the front area and leather settees to the rear,there is a pool table to the rear right.
There was one real ale on the bar which was London Pride,this was a decent enough drink.
The food options seemed to be cheap with a beef casserole priced at £4.50.
TVs were showing sky sports.
I didn't get any hard faced stares but if i did i would stare back at them until they gave in.
What Pubs opening times are wrong,it opened well before 12.
