Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Chequers Inn

More modern inside than the Brewers Tudor facade might suggest, with the partly opened-out L-shaped layout having been given a light, semi-modern refurbishment. There is also a smart dining room round the other side of the bar. Just one of the four handpumps was working, and as a Wells & Co. house, this was pouring DNA (£4.35), with reversed Bombardier and Tribute clips visible too.
