As below. a relatively new build community pub, very modern inside and serving as a chain food pub plus sports bar with pool table and umpteen TVs. Unsurprisingly it lacks character and atmosphere. One real ale on - GK Yardbird, plus two ciders. I’m not a fan of this style of pub but it was friendly enough and is popular in the local area.

A large Flaming Grill place. A short walk from the train station this is one of those family friendly food pubs and like most of them its an identikit pub. Its split into 3 areas with the bar being central. To one side is a pool room and to the other another drinking/eating room. Outside seating at the front of the pub. There are 3 handpumps on the bar but only 2 on and absolutely nothing of note on either - GK IPA and Doom Bore. A standard foody pub.
