This pub is next to the I.C.I plant in Thornton. When the site was at full swing in the eighties it was owned by Tetleys and was very busy.It is a two roomed pub with a central bar,there is a large screen for sky football,and on saturdays they have all the horse racing with free food during the afternoon. All beers are keg,but the landlord hopes to have cask shortley when he gets his celler ready.
