A pleasant looking stone built pub on the way out of town towards Rochdale. Inside it's been broken out into one room with three areas, all painted a very bright red. Quite a few feral kids about at 7:30 on a Friday. There's a pool table, dartboard and a quiz machine. There's an unused handpump and the barmaid said they don't sell cask, no matter what WhatPub says. I had a half of Fosters at £1.50. Put £1.50 in the quiz machine and won £4. So I left with £1 more that I went in with, it almost made it worth calling in, almost. Won't be doing it again though.
