Nice friendly local pub, with good selections of ales and traditional pub food! Childrens play area for the warmer weather. Riverside location so very picturesque and the pub itself is a listed building so very interesting and quaint. Darts, pooltable and music. In a village where you could literally spend the whole day due to the castle next door and riverside walks. Great for the family and pub and ale lovers alike! I'm also told that it has recently been taken over and improvements are coming! So watch this space.
