March 2014
New licensees and a fair bit of cash spent here, now lighter and more colourful. Three GK beers on and usually in pretty good nick. Busiest I've ever seen it and a decent, often younger, crowd. There's been some complaints about the noise but that might be more down to the neighbours not having actually seen any real custom at the pub for the last five years...
June 2012
A massive Brewers Tudor-style pub, which has a huge garden, skittle alley and car park. Located in a fairly tidy part of Caversham, this place should be a draw but has had a succession of failed landlords. Greene King ale, when available.
