A good sized modern bar/eatery, close to the train station. We popped in on our way to the train station, to see what cask beers they had on. They had four ales on handpump, which were Wychwood Pumpkin Spice a Halloween special, Wychwood Hobgoblin, Canterbury The Knights and Doombar. I went for the Pumpkin Spice, which was fine and tasted of ginger, plus the price for their cask beers was ok at £2.75 a pint. They also had a choice of 11 craft beers served form taps from the back bar. We went for a half of the Goose Island Midway IPA and Meantime London Pale Ale., which came in at £4.80. Both of these were served extremely cold and after putting both hands around the glass to warm it up, I eventually got to taste what I was drinking. The two young lads were enthusiastic about their beers and did give us a couple of samples.

A modern bar that has a separate restaurant and serves up to 2 real ales that were in very good order.Handy for the railway station.
