Can't help thinking this place is missing a trick. The One Bell is the only traditional looking boozer on Watford High street with a great corner location dead handy for the Harlequin centre, and with the Church and grounds behind as a backdrop.
But unfortunately nothing worth drinking with regards to ale. Shame, otherwise could be a nice pub.
