The ‘one I missed’ on my Berkshire 100% challenge in 2015 as it was closed throughout the year, this one was massively refurbished and opened in July 2016 as a ‘boutique hotel’, shedding its former moniker of the Red Lyon in the process. Clearly a huge amount of money has been spunked on the place, they probably spent more on the bar fittings than I earn in year. The garden is quite impressive, but unfortunately that was where most of my appalling Rebellion Smuggler ended-up. To be fair, I was half-expecting it...
