Visited Saturday lunchtime, two bars, one at front, lounge type & sort of "tap" at back with fruit machine, pool etc
Also has two separate dining rooms
Nothing unusual in beer range, Wadworths and Ringwood, plus usual lagers etc. I had a very pleasant Ringwood best, nice & malty
We ate out in the impressive gardens, stream running through with bridges over, small [broken] playhouse for kids
The menu seems reasonable, fresh fish, steak pie etc, we stuck to cold, ploughman's & tuna baguettes, plus bowl of lovely chips, nicely presented, organic baguettes as well but not advertised as such
All in a pleasant lunchtime experience, with attentive & polite staff
Car park, small for size of pub, but ample free on street parking
