Less obviously ‘pubby’ than its neighbour (this is much more of a gastro/bistro operation throughout) but ironically had more ales; Doom Bar, Pride and W&E Guardsman, the latter of which drank very well. Modernized L-shaped interior with various arty-farty touches but some nice period features remain such as the lobby and the bar back stylings. Incredible rear beer garden, looks like something out of an upmarket lifestyle mag (see pic). Very busy, very middle class and fairly enjoyable actually.
