Myself and my family have visited Tewkesbury for years as we love the town. We always pop to the Britannia Inn for a pub lunch and a few beverages. This time we was very disapointed with the attitude of the landlady and staff. Not recommended!!

I recently visited this pub and i was horrified with the way i was spoken to rudely by the landlady, i have never felt so belittled in my whole life! As for being a family pub just make sure your children dont talk, walk, dare to speak, let alone ask for directions to the toilet! As obviously children are not really wanted in this pub!

This is not a family pub the landlady is very anti children and speaks to people in a very rude manner. The toilets are disguisting as well the service as a whole. OH actually there was ONE nice barmaid out`ve them all!!
