Philip Gaskin left this review about The Black Horse Inn

The pub has two bars separated by the serving area. It is a bit confusing as they have swapped the saloon/restaurant and public bars, but left the old signs on the doors. Laminate flooring, plastic topped bar and spotlights have given it a bistro look, but it still retains some pub atmosphere. The service was friendly and welcoming. Greene King IPA and Hardys and Hansons Old Trip available on hand pumps. If we were in the area we would visit again.
