E TA left this review about The Westbourne
A large Victorian high street pub, currently owned by Greene King. It sits on a busy corner in Westbourne's one-way system, and it has a very tight car park with limited space. The single large L-shaped bar has been created by knocking through the downstairs rooms. There are multiple gaming machines, TV screens showing sport, a cash dispenser and free WiFi. The staff were fairly efficient and friendly, but it was a busy period and they seemed overworked. Customers were reasonably civilised, a fair mixture, including a large number of foreigners. Food was the usual GK pre-fabricated fodder, and there was a decent coffee machine. Three ales on draft, but one of them, the guest, was too far over the hill to drink and was taken off immediately. I settled for GK IPA which was OK but not that inspiring. To be fair, they had several choices of cider available, and on reflection I would have been better trying those. Worth dropping in for a swift one, and I'd include in a crawl to try future guest beers.
