A newly opened bar in Rochdale town centre, owned by Austin, a chef, who has worked at many of the towns hostelries over the last few years, including The Baum, Flying Horse and Bombay Brew. It specialises in wine and charcuterie. There are some bottled beers available, mainly from Brightside brewery. There were only 6 of us in the place on Saturday as most people haven't found it yet. We didn't try the food, but the wine was decent.
