Komakino . left this review about Five Arrows Hotel

A posh hotel which is part of Rothschild's Waddesdon Manor estate and between the two 'proper' pubs in this attractive drive-thru village. A small bar is open to non-patrons and does offer a real ale, but had just gone on my arrival and a replacement just racked, so no real ale that evening. A pint of Lowenbrau was a cool £5.20. Parts of the tall bar's wood fascia is made up of wine crates with the house names on. A cute garden is out back, part of a courtyard which well-tended and some seats on a small bit of decking overlook this, which are probably prime spots on a nice evening (this evening wasn't). I expected this to be a lot worse, and despite the real ale mishap, they get a generous "4" on this offering despite the crushing quietness of the atmosphere.
