A large looking pub in the middle of an estate. 2 rooms with the lounge being set up like someone's living room with net curtains draped around the windows. Service is through a hatch. The bar room feels larger and is L-shaped. A pool table is found here. Out front there is a beer garden area. Its all a bit basic and no real ale is to be found here.
