A micropub, but without the real ale. It has 6 craft keg pumps plus one for a high end lager. 5 high tables at the front of the pub, bar to the rear facing a large bottle store, unisex toilet at the back and that's about it. Minimal decoration on the walls, but it's all quite pleasant. I had a half of some overpriced craft keg and tried to engage the barman in conversation, he just wasn't interested. Part of the joy of micropubs is that the owner is part of the furniture and his pubs future is dependent on him/her being happy to chat about all sorts of things. This one is managed and it shows.
