Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Lady Chatterley (JD Wetherspoon)

Impressive-looking 'spoons pub in a detached building, but nothing special inside unfortunately. However, it is more spacious than one might expect, with a substantial rear extension, and there is also outdoor seating on the front patio area. Beer-wise, I found Cairngorm Wildcat (£2.10), Old Empire IPA and Phoenix Double Gold available from the two banks of five handpumps, in addition to the expected Ruddles, Doom Bar and Abbot.

When I saw this JDW I assumed it must have been an original pub. How wrong I was! What Pub reveals that it was a former car showroom. There was a large delivery lorry almost blocking the entrance when I arrived.
Inside there is an area at the front with the bar to the left and tall tables and chairs. Further back there is a very typical long narrow low ceilinged area with low furnishings. Like most newer (2014) JDWs this has better furnishings than older outlets. The place was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon.
The bar has two sets of six hand pumps which had one unused, the IPA JDW Trio Of Doom, Milestone Wicked Witch, Boston Bitter & Crusader, Dukeries Ard As N'ales & House On the Hill and Wells Banana Bread Bitter. I went for the Ard As N'ales which was in very good nick.
I thought it was a slight shame that three of the guests were from Milestone but otherwise I thought this was a good Spoons.

Quite an upmarket Spoons this one and only spotted it whilst waiting for a bus across the road, so decided to pop in for a swift one. Two banks of six pumps, we went for the Mellors Extra Pale, brewed exclusively for this particular Spoons by Lincoln Green Brewery. The interior was well kept and blue walls at the rear gave it a modern and fresh looking finish.

The Lady Chatterley is a new Wetherspoons that is on Eastwoods main shopping street.
Once inside there is a long dog legged shaped room which runs to the rear, the bar is in a narrower area to the front left, there are a few tall tables and chairs in this are,the rear area is larger and has normal tables and chairs and some booth seating on the left side.
There was a decent choice of local real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Grainstore Calcutter which was quite a nice drink, the other beers i noted were Dukeries Lemon Tree Porter,Springhead Roaring Meg,Mellors Extra Pale Ale,there was the usual Spoons beers on a second bank of pumps.
The pub was very busy on my Saturday afternoon visit, the service was very slow.
