Very attractive wood clad buffet bar within the station, built c.1910, and painted red, white and blue. Hopes of a stop were dashed however as despite a display of bottles above the bar the only beers in the fridge were mainstream canned louts. Odd, and an utterly wasted opportunity. Surely one bottle of decent local ale isn’t too much to ask?? I also note that is has been removed from the CAMRA Inventory...
