Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Lime Kiln
Comfortable local, partly opened out to form two seating areas (one of which is raised) on one side the bar. Pool room on the other side. Out the back, in a former limestone quarry, you can find a pétanque pitch, some lounge chairs under a smoking shelter and some wooden benches beside the car park. Beer-wise, just Abbot and Bass (£2.50) were available from the four handpumps.

The Lime Kiln is a decent sized bare brick built pub that is situated on the northern edge of Wirksworth.
Once inside i went into a decent enough room that had normal tables and chairs, there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Bass and this was a very nice drink, the other beer was Adnams Explorer.
This pub was ok for a quick half.
