CLOSED Levenshulme Pub that was first licensed in 1604.Originally it was a country type of pub caled The Midway House,but was rebuilt in 1904.It is now a Cash And Carry and I think there is a couple more business ventures there.

The Midway was a massive pub at the northern end of levenshulme.
Once inside this pub there were quite a few large rooms and i went in the bar which was fairly basic but decent enough for a drink.
This pub was a Wilsons tied house when i visited it but sadly there were no real ales on here so i had a drink of keg Wilsons bitter which was a pretty bad drink.
This pub looked like it was a grand pub in its day but on my visit this had faded quite a bit and seemed a bit unkempt.
