Kevin Thursfield left this review about Nedge Tavern

This is a great place to have a beer. Basic and no frills,The Nedge will afford you a straightforward no-nonsense welcome, with a number of good characters who will happily engage you in a chat. Although there are many seats, the place to be is at the bar,as the banter is good and brisk. Staff are friendly and serve good beer. The juke box covers many types of music and there is a pool table. The real fire is attractive in the winter. darts , dominoes, cards are all played here and the locals will gladly teach you how to play. Although a family pub with outdoor seating,no kids an the bar after 9pm. Function room available for hire
