Refer to the website www.cca-glasgow.com - know as the Centre for Contemporary Arts. Although there is a café bar, it still shouldn't be classified as a pub.

Trip Advisor class it as a restaurant but it’s really only a Cafe Bar when I google it. I know it’s part of the Centre for Contemporary Arts but why classify it as a pub

According to the mcpubs.com website, it's a licensed cafe bar which only sells bottles of Budvar. But it's not really a pub since on the ground floor it deals in books etc.
