Bassa Villa is an old looking pub that is on the nice looking Cartway.
Once inside there is an oblong shaped room which is divided into two areas by a wall, the room runs to the rear, the bar is on the left side and the room is carpeted, there are pew seats and normal tables and chairs for seating, the TV was showing sky football.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of St Austell Proper Job,which was a nice drink, the other real ale was St Austell Tribute.
There is a nice outside area which overlooks the River Severn.
I thought this was a pleasant pub to have a drink in.
Sadly i forgot to take a photo of it.

An old interior in new clothes in a building at the bottom of the historic Cartway. Standard café bar fittings rub shoulders with the ancient beams of stripped out walls. Its main attraction is the river terrace overlooking wild fowl and the bridge, a civilised way to drink a pint on a warm afternoon. There’s only one pump on the counter so as expected it was on great form, on this occasion it was Kinver Edge.

Called in ajust after 11am on the first Sunday of the Bridgnorth 10 day Music and Arts Festival, and although only early the outdoor seating area was almost full. There are excellent views from the riverside terrace of the Severn and the Lowtown district, and as Soup Dragon points out, the bar area is very small and the only handpulled beer is the Kinver Edge.Worth a visit on a nice day.

A small, end terraced building in yellow render and black beam. Advertising itself as a bar and grill, it has a super beer garden overlooking the river Severn.

The iterior is open plan with a small bar area on entry and is in red and beam decor of what i saw, but we only stayed inside to get our drinks and went into the garden. Service was fine, it was very quiet when we visited

Beer; usual tap tosh, with a decent Kinver Edge on handpull.

Only went in as the Black Boy was closed. It doesnt really have enough for me to be a place i would visit, unless their single real ale was good and it was a hot day. I would try the food though
