Large Vintage Inn pub-grub eatery that is confusingly quite far out from Kingslcere’s central conurbation so takes a bit of finding. Multi-roomed interior, dark and wood-heavy with a flagstone floor – mostly modern fakery of course but quite well-done. A raised area to the left takes most space and caters for the dining mob. There’s a grassed rear garden and advertised quiz night. Ales on the bar: Black Sheep (watery, flat), Doom Bar and Wadworth 6X. Not really much reason to go back.
