I believe this is the only one of the nine Titanic pubs that isn't part of Project William. It was rescued by local people who bought it after failing as an Indian Restaurant and turned to Titanic to run it. Unlike the others that are all in towns this is in a small village just across the M6 West of Stafford. The entrance is from the car park at the rear so it may look closed.
Inside it is a long open plan area with a central bar, a mixture of wood floors, a stone flagged entrance and some red tiles to the right. It seems heavily reliant on food but the area to the front of the pub is a bit more pubby and the impression is that it is a village local as well as somewhere to eat. I was here early Friday afternoon so it was mostly older folk dropping in to eat.
The bar has six hand pumps which had one unused, Titanic Steerage & Plum Porter, GK Abbot, Wadworth's 6X and Everard's Tiger. I went for the Plum Porter which was in good nick.
While being rather different to their other houses this one is worth a look.
An infrequent Number 13 bus from the stop to the left as you leave Stafford Station takes you to Seighford. Note: it's marked incorrectly on Google Maps.

The Hollybush has 6 handpumps, 4 with beers from Titanic, and 2 with Everards. The extended rear provides a large area for eating, with the older front of the building more traditional drinking area. Not far from J14 of the M6.

Closed & converted to an Indian restaurant in 2010 but purchased by a community group in 2012 and restored to a pub. Leased by the community pub company to Titanic Brewery.
