Thuck Phat left this review about The Orange Tree

The Orange Tree is a picturesque, traditionally built boozer in the middle of Thornham, a pretty, much sought after village on the North Norfolk coast which is very popular with second homers.
The building itself is brick and flint but has long since been painted in a tasteful grey as part of it's transformation from the Kings Head, a very trad. village boozer, to gastropub.
As with many places in this neck of the woods accommodation is also offered.
To the front is an attractive garden and the entrance leads into the bar area, comfortable for drinkers and those eating with their dogs, complete with a discrete but large, wall mounted tv which makes an appearance only for notable sporting events at the governors disctretion.
Beyond the bar to the left is a much more upmarket dining area and the menu here is interesting but not cheap with mains up to and beyond £20. We did eat but only gently and it was very good.
Service was impeccable, jovial but professional and the staff are a credit to the place.
Beers on were Joseph Holt Humdinger, Adnams Ghost Ship - in great shape - and Woodfordes Wherry. The latter two fitted in well being local but the Humdinger seemed a little out of place.
It's popular with walkers and I can wholly understand why as it's a very pleasant place to slake the thirst with a decent pint.
