Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Chequered Flag
Although somewhat buried in the housing estates on the west side of Brackley, this is more of the edge-of-town pub / restaurant beloved by Marston's over recent decades. Anyway, you'll know what to expect, so no surprises in the various semi-modern seating and dining areas. That said, it seemed to be doing very good business on a Tuesday evening. Disappointingly though, the solitary cask beer (61 Deep) didn't seem to be on (although the staff really weren't sure), so went for a keg Pedigree (£4.25) rather than wait an age to find out.

This estate pub is owned by the Marstons Group, offers 3 real ales and food.
It is also the cheapest drink wise in local area. Prices are £2.10p Banks Bitter,Marstons Pedigree £2.40p, and guest beers average prices between £2.30p and £2.65p.
Pub located off Pavilloins Way, close to A43/A422 by pass, and Jnc 10 and 11 on M40.
