Komakino . left this review about Brava Tapas

Another name change and it's now called JT Davies. Much the same as Quinno's 2011 review below, with four pumps on offering Brakspear Bitter, Oxford Gold, Hobgoblin Gold and a pretty decent Ringwood Razor Back. A Premier League game was playing on a large screen in the bar area and a DJ was spinning some Northern Soul vinyl at the rear, which made for an unusual, yet pleasant diversion.

Quinno _ left this review about JTs Bar and Cafe

What looks like an inviting old pub hides within a loud and shouty chav bar to left with a garish red colour scheme and a quieter dining room to right (separated by an impressive tiled hallway) with an odd wall mural featuring a host of semi-famous characters at a dining table, partially covered over by a dart board. Four pumps on the go in the chavvy bar but only Brakspear Oxford Gold actually available, which in fairness came out fine. Oddly played Blue Monday at ear-splitting volume inbetween anodyne contemporary pop hits. Fair to say that I felt pretty out of place amongst the shoutiness and was happy to move on though it could have been worse...
